FAQ's

1) What is your return policy?

We accept returns for 30 days from shipping delivery date. Refunds are for purchase price of item minus a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Refunds are given after item(s) are received back. It is recommended that you ship to us with delivery confirmation or with tracking for your protection. If we do not receive the item we will not refund your order.  Our return shipping address is:

 2) When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within three business days (most orders within 24 hours). All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Average USA transit time is 5-10 business days for free shipping  and 2-4 days if you chose priority shipping. International orders may take up to 30 business days.

 

3) It’s been a day or more and I haven’t received a response from the email I sent you…

We return ALL emails within 24 hours so if you don’t  see a response from us please check your spam/junk folder.

 

4) Is your checkout/payment process secure?

Yes! Whether you pay by credit card or Paypal your information is secure. 

 

5) I don’t have PayPal… How do I order?

 

We accept credit cards too!

 

6) What do I do if I spill something on my Wedgestand?

The Wedgestand’s cover is removable, you can wash it on delicate and line dry only. Faux leather covers are not washable.  General cleaning can be done with a lint brush.

 

7) Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the UK. If you would like to order from a country we do not ship to there are services like the following: http://www.bundlebox.com/ or  http://www.fromus2eu.com/. They will receive your order and ship to your country for a small fee.
